From time to time, Jackson Place Cohousing has a unit available for sale. Unit sizes vary from 2 bedrooms (approximately 830 sq ft) up to 5 bedrooms (approximately 1900 sq ft). Each unit has maple cabinets in the kitchen and bath, stained wood trim throughout, and high-speed internet hook-ups. If a unit is currently for sale, a link will be posted on our main home page with specific information. Come to Meetings, Come to Meals

We do not select our members; members select us. However, before purchasing a unit, we want you to meet us to learn how our community functions as well as our philosophy of participation in community life. The best way to learn more about us is to attend a business or team meeting and to come to a community dinner.
