Contact Us

To indicate your interest in a unit that may become available in the future, call/email Kathy Sellars (206) 522-3099.

Come to Meetings

We do not select our members. Members select us. However, before purchasing a unit, we want you to know a bit about us and our processes. Therefore you need to attend at least 3 meetings prior to purchasing a home in our community. All meetings are open to interested non-members (see our calendar) unless, in rare cases, the membership has decided to limit attendance. We do ask that you let a member know that you are planning to attend, and that you participate as an observer (saving your questions for outside the official meeting time). As soon as you have attended three meetings, you may make an offer on an available unit.

Find a Mentor Household

If you would like to learn more before deciding to join Jackson Place Cohousing, feel free to ask for a member to become your "mentor". It is appropriate, if you choose, to request a household that represents you or your family, in age, single or married, with/without children, etc. We will try to match you up as appropriately as we can. You can then get together with your mentor and ask questions over coffee or dinner!
