Rental Units / Spaces at JPC All rentals include the opportunity (not necessarily required) to participate in our cohousing community, including attending common meals Mon-Thurs and once on the weekend, social and work parties, community meetings, yoga classes, house concerts, etc. You could even reserve our large common facilities for personal events. Common facilities include: Dining room for 60, large kitchen and pantry, living room, laundry room, kids playroom, large hard-surface terrace, large workshop, disabled access to all levels, green area, un-built treed hill with a great tree house, bike storage, adjacent P-patch area. Great location near International District, Central District, downtown, and ball parks. We have excellent public transportation, with 3 bus lines located 1 block away, or it's an easy 1-2 mile walk to downtown. Our street, Hiawatha, is a part of the Mountains to Sound Bike Trail. No rentals are currently available.
